Beginners Tai Chi
We teach on Tuesdays in Soho and Wednesdays in Blackheath. If you would like to try T’ai Chi, please come along to one of our free sample classes which last about an hour:
16 September – 6:30pm at St Anne’s Community Hall, 55 Dean Street, W1D 6AF
17 September – 6pm at Age Exchange, Old Bakehouse Theatre, 11 Blackheath Village, Blackheath, SE3 9LA (entrance off Bennett Park)
The 10 week autumn term starts the following week on 23 and 24 September.
If you would like to learn T’ai Chi during the summer holiday, there will be a beginners T’ai Chi class at our summer holiday training at Cheltenham. Please see the ‘Summer Holiday’ section below.

Practice in the Park
Join us for outdoor practice in Regents Park on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:30pm from the 22nd July to early September
Our T’ai Chi spot on Regent’s Park is by the boating lake. The nearest entrance is Clarence Gate, which is close to Baker Street Tube station. Enter the park through Clarence Gate, turn left and follow the path for about 100m.

Summer Holiday
Take time out to relax, energise and learn T’ai Chi at our annual residential European Summer T’ai Chi Holiday.
Join us from the 11th – 17th August 2025 for our residential summer training in Cheltenham, England
